Mail Carrier Bag
Sometimes when I'm with a cake client I begin describing a cake that would be totally awesome. The client agrees and books on the spot. When they leave - I suddenly remember - HOLY SMOKES! I'm the one that's got to create that cake! Well, this was one of those orders. Although, about three quarters if the way through it, I was in love with it! Thanks for such an amazing order!

Wow, I do that all the time! I talk people into creative projects that they get excited about but do not know I have NO IDEA how to pull off. Somehow, all that fear works itself into incredible creativity. Is that the way it is supposed to work? Dunno, but that mailbag is awesome.
